Mumbai: MSEDCL appointed Arvind Bhadikar as Director of Human Resources. He has been selected through direct recruitment. He has assumed his post today. Earlier Mr. Arvind Bhadikar was working as Executive Director of Distribution and Human Resources (in charge) and has successfully handled both these positions.
A native of Amravati, Mr. Bhadikar is a B.E. from Amravati Government Engineering College. In March-1992, he joined the then Maharashtra State Electricity Board as a junior engineer at Bhadgaon in Jalgaon district.
He also worked as Assistant Engineer and Deputy Executive Engineer in the 400 KW Substation at Khadka. In 2005, he was working as Executive Engineer of Washim Division and Infrastructure Planning at Headquarters, as Superintendent Engineer at Nagpur Gramin Mandal and Amravati Mandal, and as Chief Engineer of Akola and Chandrapur Parimandal.
