Pune: Bank of Maharashtra celebrated Hindi Diwas with great enthusiasm on 23rd November 2022 at Pune. A. S. Rajeev, Managing Director and CEO, of Bank of Maharashtra presided over the program. Renowned film actress Mrinal Kulkarni was the chief guest for the event. Executive Directors A. B. Vijayakumar and Asheesh Pandey along with General Managers, executives, officers and employees from all over the country participated in the event.
While addressing the event, A. S. Rajeev, MD and CEO, of Bank of Maharashtra said, “Hindi and regional languages are playing an important role in providing quality customer services with a personal touch. He asserted more use of Hindi Language as it is a strong link between customers as well as staff members.” Rajeev congratulated the winners of the Rajbhasha Trophy of Hindi competition in various categories. A. B. Vijayakumar, Executive Director, Bank of Maharashtra during the event said“We should give more importance to the use of simple Hindi language in our day-to-day work. Hindi and regional languages are a big enabler of business growth and customer connect.” Asheesh Pandey, Executive Director, of Bank of Maharashtra, while speaking during the event said “Customer service is our prime focus and languages are the medium through which we connect with them. Pandey stressed on the wider use of the Hindi Language while being proud of our own languages being used at regional levels.
