Minutes of the Cabinet meeting on 29 June 2022 approving the nomination proposal were placed before the newly constituted Cabinet for approval. It was directed that both these proposals should be resubmitted to the Cabinet for approval. Accordingly, these proposals were re-introduced in today’s cabinet meeting. This proposal will be sent to the central government and after that the name of the division, district, taluka as well as the municipal corporation and municipality will be changed accordingly.
