Mumbai: Central Railway Mumbai Division will operate Mega Block on its suburban sections for carrying out various engineering and maintenance works on 09.07.2023.
MAIN LINE:
Block Section :- Between Vidyavihar and Thane stations – (5th and 6th lines)
Block on & time:- 5th and 6th lines from 11.30 am to 03.30 pm
Block details:-
Diversion of Up and Dn Mail/Express services
Up Mail/Express trains arriving at Lokmanya Tilak Terminus will be diverted on the Up Fast line at Thane station and re-diverted on the 6th line at Vidyavihar station and will arrive destination 10 to 15 mins late.
Dn Mail/Express trains leaving Lokmanya Tilak Terminus will be diverted on Dn Fast line at Vidyavihar station and re-diverted on the 5th line at Thane station and will be handed over a further 10 to 15 mins late.
HARBOUR LINE:
Block Section:- Between Kurla and Vashi stations
Block on & time:- Up and Dn Harbour lines from 11.10 am to 04.10 pm
Block details:-
Up Harbour line services towards CSMT leaving Panvel /Belapur/ Vashi from 10.16 am to 03.47 pm and Dn Harbour line services to Panvel/Belapur/Vashi leaving CSMT from 10.34 am to 03.36 pm will remain suspended.
General Train Running Details During The Block
Special local trains will be run on the CSMT-Kurla-CSMT section and Panvel-Vashi-Panvel section during the block period.
Harbour line passengers will be permitted to travel via Thane-Vashi / Nerul stations from 10.00 am to 06.00 pm.
