Mumbai: The Bank of India Officers’ Association Mumbai & Goa Unit held its 52nd Annual General Meeting on 20th Oct 2024, at Bal Gandharva Rang Mandir Bandra, welcoming around 1100 officers gathered from Mumbai as well as far-flung pockets of Goa & Raigad.

The gala event was conducted under the leadership and guidance of the unit’s General Secretary Shri Nilesh Pawar & President Shri Anton Saldanha. Many luminaries of the Banking Industry gathered on occasion, including Shri Dilip Saha General Secretary AIPNBOA, Federation of Bank Of India Officers’ Association President G Nageswar, Working President Shri Shvetang Trivedi, Chairman Shri Sanjay Das as well as Bank Of India Chief General Manager HR Shri Rajesh Ingle, GM HR Smt Shampa Biswas & other office bearers of the FBOIOA also graced the occasion.
In the event, renowned trade union leaders left the audience spellbound with their bold ,subtle views by highlighting burning issues of banking fraternity including increasing attacks on bankers and recent technological transformation in banking sector. Whereas, BOI’s CGM along with GM HR harped upon various employee welfare measures and HR trasnaformation projects undertaken by Bank. They also hailed the cordial industrial relations shared by bank management and FBOIOA.
