1. Zepto
Topping the list for the second consecutive year, Zepto, a Mumbai-based quick commerce platform, continues its rapid rise. The company, known for fast delivery of groceries and essentials, boasts a workforce of over 2,600 employees and operates across 10 major Indian cities. In 2024, Zepto achieved a $3.6 billion valuation and is set to expand into 10 more cities, positioning itself as a dominant player in the e-grocery market.

2. Sprinto
Ranked second, Sprinto, headquartered in Bengaluru, focuses on simplifying compliance processes for tech firms. With around 240 employees, it’s been instrumental in helping companies streamline regulatory workflows and achieve certifications faster, making it a go-to solution for tech businesses across India.

3. Lucidity
This Bengaluru-based cloud storage management platform has taken third place. With only 78 employees, Lucidity helps enterprises transition to cloud-native infrastructures, highlighting how even smaller teams can make a substantial impact in today’s competitive landscape.

4. GrowthX
Based in Pune, GrowthX is a unique startup offering a membership platform for founders and professionals in product, marketing, and business roles. The company’s approach to providing curated learning experiences and community-driven support has seen it rapidly climb the startup ranks.

5. Jar
Bengaluru’s Jar focuses on micro-savings and digital gold investments through a user-friendly, “piggy bank” concept. With over 300 employees, Jar is encouraging financial literacy and savings among young Indians through automated and accessible investment tools.
