National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) is pleased to announce that NSDL has
entered into an agreement for the purchase of office premises from IDFC First Bank
Limited ("IDFC BANK").
The transaction involves the acquisition of office premises situated at Naman
Chambers, G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai – 400 051.
The agreements have been executed between NSDL and IDFC BANK.
