Mumbai: Bank of Maharashtra organized a credit outreach programme in Mumbai on Friday, July 29th in which four zones Mumbai South, Navi Mumbai, Thane Zone and North Mumbai Zone participated in the event.
The event took place in the presence of Asheesh Pandey, Executive Director. More than 200 customers attended the event. The programme was inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp by Aseesh Pandey ED, Amit Sharma General Manager, Corporate Credit, Manoj Kare General Manager (ZM South Mumbai), Aparna Joglekar General Manager (ZM Navi Mumbai), Narmada Sawant, DGM, (ZM Thane), Sabirali Shaikh, DGM (ZM North Mumbai) and customers present on the occasion.
Asheesh Pandey, ED addressed the customers present and informed them of the importance of such events and one-to-one personal contact. Amit Sharma, General Manager expressed his views on the importance of corporate credit for both the economy and bank business. All the four-zone heads addressed the customers with the focus on how the bank is reducing its turnaround time on loans and also stressed the importance of teamwork as we move forward in taking the bank to new heights.
The event was a great success wherein the Bank of Maharashtra sanctioned a total of 10 corporate loans amounting to Rs. 2382 Cr, 53 MSME Loans amounting to Rs. 300 Cr and 134 retail loans amounting to Rs. 96.72 Cr. To celebrate the spirit of “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav” a total of 75 sanctions were distributed to the customers by Asheesh Pandey.
The customers appreciated this unique outreach programme and gave their feedback about the good services and efforts taken by the bank to reach out to the customers.
The event concluded with the message by Asheesh Pandey about the bank’s target to become a large size bank by the end of the financial year 2023-24 and the support of all the customers.
