Pune: Bank of Maharashtra bagged the “KirtiPuraskar”, the highest award for Rajbhashagiven by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt.of India. Bank received theprestigious award in two different categories viz. “Best House Magazine” and “Better Implementation of Official Language” in a glittering ceremony on 14th September, 2023, held at Pune, Maharashtra.
Shri A. S. Rajeev, Managing Director and CEO, Bank of Maharashtra receiving the highest award for Rajbhasha “KirtiPuraskar” at the hands of Shri Ajay Kumar Mishra, Hon’bleMinister of State for Home Affairs, Govt. of India.
Shri A. S. Rajeev, Managing Director and CEO, Bank of Maharashtrareceived the first prizefor “Best House Magazine” and the second prize for Better Implementation of Rajbhashaat the hands ofShri Ajay Kumar Mishra, Hon’ble Minister of State for Home Affairs. During this ceremony, Shri Harivansh Narayan Singh, Hon’ble Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha, Ms. Anshuli Arya, Secretary (Official Language), Ministry of Home Affairs and Ms. Bharti Pawar, Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare etc. were also present on the stage.
In this programme, Shri A. B. Vijayakumar, Executive Director and Shri Asheesh Pandey, Executive Director, Shri Amit Srivastava, CVO, Shri K. Rajesh Kumar, General Manager (HRM and Rajbhasha) and Dr.RajendraShrivastava, Deputy General Manager (Rajbhasha) and other executives of Bank of Maharashtra were also present.
On this occasion, top executives and official language officers of various government offices, undertakings and banks across the country were also present in the event.
