In a significant move towards advancing skill development in emerging technologies, the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), and Intel India have launched the ‘AI for Entrepreneurship’ micro-learning module. This initiative aims to demystify artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and foster entrepreneurial thinking among young innovators across India.

The program intends to empower 100,000 youth by 2025 by equipping them with essential skills to excel in a technology-driven economy. Part of India’s broader vision to encourage innovation and promote inclusive learning, the ‘AI for Entrepreneurship’ module stands at the intersection of innovation and opportunity. Union Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Jayant Chaudhary, emphasized AI’s potential to fulfill the dreams of future entrepreneurs.

The initiative simplifies AI for practical understanding, inspiring young minds to explore business opportunities using emerging technologies. Key areas covered include leveraging AI for business growth, entrepreneurial strategies, and innovative problem-solving. Designed for both urban and rural learners, the content ensures equal access to digital opportunities.

Gokul Subramaniam, President of Intel India, highlighted that AI, when embraced as a force for good, unlocks numerous possibilities, driving a generational shift. By incorporating home-grown entrepreneurship education content into Intel’s AI skilling initiative, the program aims to inspire young minds to create innovative business solutions, contributing to India’s societal and economic growth.

Participants who complete the module will receive an industry-endorsed joint certification from MSDE, NSDC, Skill India, and Intel, marking their readiness to thrive in a technology-driven future.
