Mumbai: A town hall meeting was organized by the Central Bank of India Mumbai Metropolitan Zonal Office for the employees of its branches /offices located in Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban and Thane. Shri MV Rao, MD & CEO of the Bank was the Chief guest and Shri MV Murali Krishna Executive Director of the Bank, was the guest of honour in the meeting. Shri Ashwani Dhingra, Zonal Head welcomed everyone and briefed them about the Mumbai zone and appreciated the work of all staff members.

Shri MV Murali Krishna, Executive Director discussed various aspects of banking and stressed the importance of digital banking. Shri MV Rao, MD & CEO addressed the gathering and explained the facilities available for the employees. He also invited suggestions from the employees. Appreciating the contribution of the employees in increasing the profitability of the bank, he appealed to them to focus on customer satisfaction. Shri Jai Shankar Prasad, Regional Head gave the vote of thanks. The meeting concluded with the National Anthem.
