Mumbai: Maharashtra NCC Directorate wins the shooting championship trophy for second successive year. The Hon’ble Governor of Maharashtra, Shri Bhagat Singh Koshiyari, felicitated the NCC Directorate of Maharashtra sports shooting team today, 19 Jul 2022, at Raj Bhavan for bagging the Shooting Championship trophy for second successive year.
The Maharashtr.a Direct-orate team comprising of 17 cadets from various NCC groups in the state bagged the first position in the national level inter- directorate sports shooting competition with a comfortable margin over the nearest team. The team participated in eight different matches in the competition with 10 of the 17 cadets also winning individual medals comprising 4 X Gold, 5 X Silver and 01 X Bronze Medals.
