Mumbai: Khadi and Village Industries Commission in its Vile Parle, (West) Mumbai celebrated the 152nd birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi on 2 October 2021 here today
On this occasion, in the presence of Ms. Preeta Verma, Chief Executive Officer, KVIC Ms. Sanghamitra, Chief Vigilance Officer, KVIC and other senior officials of KVIC various cultural programs were organised and swatchhata pakhwada oath was administered by the CEO, KVIC which was followed by cleanliness drive.
On the occasion of 152 birth anniversary of Gandhi Ji, KVIC by its Direct Selling Outlet “Khadi India”, Mumbai will provide a 20% discount on Khadi products and a 10% discount on the purchase of Village Industries products during the period 2nd October to 1st November 2021.
During the program, prizes and certificates were distributed by the Chief Executive Officer to the winners of various Hindi competitions organized by the Commission from September 14 to September 30, 2021.
