State Chief Information Commissioner Sumit Mullick, theatre personality Prashant Damle, vedik scholar and astrologer Atul Shastri Bhagre Guruji, music composer Kaushal Inamdar were present.
Prof Manjusha Kulkarni’s record of writing maximum number of poems in a short time was acknowledged by the High Range Book of World records.
